CAUSING AN IVR TO GO OFF HOOK. PHONE SYSTEM IS NOT PASSING OUT DTMF ALSO. THIS WAS JUST REPROIGRAMMED FROM POWER LOSS, PROBABLY SURGE FROM LIGHTNING. ANY IDEAS?

When you reprogrammed the KSU, did you specify tone dialing? I think the power up default on a 824 is pulse.

Yes it is I had my guy monitor the outbound call at the tele-router, and he heard pulse, at that point we figured it out, and found the default was pulse. Thanks for the help though, much appreciated.!
