Norstar Door Opener (DOC) Restictions

Hi All,
I have a customer with a mics R6.1. door-phone and DOC attached.
We have the door ringing a couple of stations. Customer wants one of the extensions that ring to be restricted from releasing the door.
Is that possible? or is there a way to hide the "open" that shows up on the screen and just tell them to hit 6 to open the door.
They are looking to restrict it both ways as in when the phone rings or the user dials the door phone DN.

You cannot restrict internal calls.

What is the purpose of ringing this user set if they are not allowed to let somebody in?

Problem child? fire them!

Maybe changing the DN of the door phone would help, is it calling a set with Answer DN or calling a Hunt Group?

Give them a smaller phone if they dont know its 6 to open, or change it from 6 to 7.

Just to follow up,
This was for a building management office.
Originally they wanted the door to ring at the lobby security desk. the problem they found was that security was letting people into office while no one was there.
We turned off ringing to lobby phone and changed the DN on the door box. All good now.
