We are using music on hold to feed dial-in callers who listen to our meetings (listen only).
However, the on-hold session times out after 120 minutes - exactly 2 hours.
If the audtiors call in a couple of minutes early, they are disconnected for the last few minutes of a two-hour meeting and have to re-establish their connection - if they happen to figure out what might have happened or how to solve it.
I'm, not yet sure whether this time-out is for all dialers or for each dialer. But I'm guessing whther its for all or for each will help me figure out what setting is affecting the duration of the session.
Does anyone know whether this is an adjustable setting and whether their is any way arround it? Such as setting the per-user setting versus the system setting?
Could we put the line in a park slot and have a separate setting for that?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks,
Kimball
