Its a 6x16 DR5.

One last thing, where could I find a programming manual for this, or a feature list?
Yes, if it is 6x16 DR5, you can use Norstar Manager to back it up and restore it. The NRU 10.0 no longer comes with the older Norstar Manager software.
Look for Norstar Manager 2.0, or 3.1, or 3.3. Any will work, but I had a few minor problems with 3.5. Think the problem was actually my computer. Never proved it though.
