NORSTAR 616 Long Pause after dialing on all outbound CO calls

My customer has an older Norstar 616 system and is experiencing a 10-15 second pause after dialing on every outbound call. These are Time Warner cable POTS lines. They dial, then wait and wait then the call starts ringing. I made test calls from the demarc and the calls go through fine. This is happening on all five CO lines.
Is there a programming change I can make or is the KSU on it's last legs? Thanks!
 
Make sure that your Trunks are set to DTMF

Appreciate the advice. Yes it did lose power and defauled the programming. I reprogrammed the switch and probably forgot to set the DTMF.
I will be going out later today to check.

Thanks again guys. I finally made it back out to program the lines for DTMF and that took care of the problem.
