My customer has an older Norstar 616 system and is experiencing a 10-15 second pause after dialing on every outbound call. These are Time Warner cable POTS lines. They dial, then wait and wait then the call starts ringing. I made test calls from the demarc and the calls go through fine. This is happening on all five CO lines.
Is there a programming change I can make or is the KSU on it's last legs? Thanks!
