norstar 0x32 no busy tone with acct codes

Worked with the CO to remove account codes and I get a normal busy tone when the call is busy, when the account codes are on the call drops I get no tone but the phone display says user busy, it works but it's annoying... Any ideas how to get it to play a tone instead of dropping the call?
 
is the account codes setup in hte CO switch? or is it in hte norstar/cta/pc setup?

what type of line you got? what system ?
 
is it LS line and do u subscribe to CLASS features/ services

what CO switch/ protocol is used? which carrier?
it should be providing with a busy or a disconnect tone, besides the visual information
 
no.. all tones are provided by the cpe as well as the visual, the co only provides the messaging across the d channel to let the cpe know what to do, it's the whole reason to pay the extra amount for a pri, it won't take a bearer channel for a tone or announcement, the carrier is telepacific and the pri is standard in the co and NI2 in the cpe.. I'm just looking for the setting in the cpe to help the equipment vendor on the customer prem....
