NoPhone VPN is sysmon

I've put VPN firnware in a 5620 Phone.
VPN tunnel is setup.
When i enter my Extn number and password, the screen goes blank.
In sysmon i can see the IP address of the Phone, but not the type of phone. It only sais NoPhone VPN.

any tips ??

Do you get dialtone if you pick it up? can you hot desk it out and back in?

I managed to get it working.

It was the L2 tagging. Was set to Auto=on.
Turned it off, and it worked.
