How do I see what and where the resources are that are beoing depleted? Its CM3.1.2, 8700 with G650s and 30+ G700s at remote locations. The remotes seem to be rotating a problem with dropped calls, one way connections, etc. I see denials 2371 and 2049 but cannot come up with a display that will show me what resource is having the problem.

Tried:
li meas occup
li meas ip codec detail
li mease ip clan
li meas dsp-resource
li meas blockage

Cannot find anything that explains where the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

9mmgeek, those values are probably IP addresses. The first one for example is an attempted RTP call between 64.5.121.45 and 64.6.120.37. Based on your description you want to chase out what these 2 IP addresses represent and make sure there is some connection in the ip-network-regions administered between these 2 addresses (devices) because it appears as though someone is trying to use them to make a call.

I had a problem long ago with calls dropping every 2 hours to my g700's. Not sure if it is related but here is the Avaya write up about it.

Problem description
When the H.248 Media Gateway Termination Audit runs (every two hours), processor occupancy briefly
becomes much higher than average. This can block call origination, and also slow down response on the SAT.
Resolution
Contact your technical support organization. Request and apply the latest 2.2 approved combo patch that
includes the Service Interrupting patch 11066, or request and apply the latest 3.0 approved combo patch that
includes the patch 11028. You can also upgrade to Release 2.2.2 or 3.1 or later of Communication Manager.
Workaround or alternative remediation
A workaround is to run the SAT command “disable test 1524”.
