We are running rel 5 on the switches in our 2 locations. We have PRI at each location. Location 1 has our call pilot server. Location 2 forwards all calls to Location 1's call pilot across a sip trunk.

If a location 1 caller dials a location 2 extension the call is fine. (as well as the other way)

If someone calls location 2 from an outside line and enters a location 2 extension, the call rings to the correct phone but when it's answered there is no voice. Neither side can hear the other. If the recipient of the call places the call on hold and then takes it off hold, both parties can hear fine.

If an outside call is placed to location 1 all calls are fine. They can dial extensions in both sites without problems.

Any input to this would be greatly appreciated!!!!
