that dnb is telling you that there is no prime DN---it's an ext that appears on all those sets.So there is no set associated with that ext.

Do you know how I would setup a new DN like this one. Like what would go in the TYPE field. LD20 Requires a TYPE and TN number. Maybe This type of DN is not setup in LD 20? Thanks for your help.

maybe a description of how you want to use this new DN would be helpful, so we can better understand what you want to do with it.

I want to create a DN just like this one that already exists. It would be like a 'HOTLINE" that will ring on multiple lines.

Laura, Prt one of the TN's you have posted above, such as, TN: 036 0 00 09 and look at key 0. This will tell you how its programmed as an SCN/SCR/MCN/MCR. Most likely an MCR.

Post the TNB if you need any additional help.

Get a list of all the extensions that need to have the new number.
Do a dnb to find all the TN's associated with those extensions.
Prt out all the TN's to figure out what keys are available to use on each phone.
then in LD 11
CHG
2616 (specific type of phone here)
x x x x (TNB)
easy chg YES
key yy SCR(or SCN, MCR, MCN etc) zzzz (DN)
then enter through to REQ prompt.
Repeat this for each phone.
At the key prompt if you use MCR on all phones it will cause the line to ring on all phones but when the first person picks up the call, all the other lines will free up and be able to take additional calls on the same number. Using SCN will only allow one call at a time.
