No Ring in incoming call 5610swip

I have an Avaya IP phone model 5610,

I see the incoming calls on the display, but I get no ring at all.

Anyone ever have that issue ?

Are you sure that that the volume it not turned so low that is it silent?
I believe that this is possible on this type of phone.
So press on the volume up button and see what happens.

Yeah is the first thing i check ! And the volume is realy loud !
