No passthrough caller ID on a twinned device

I have Mobile Twinning in use and even though I have the System check box turned on for "Send original calling party information for Mobile Twinning" The twinned mobile device is only receiving the CID for the Main office number.

The CID isn't being blocked by the carrier because we get the CID at the station when twinning is turned off.

Any Ideas?

what's even more strange, to me anyway, is that when i call a twinned divice, it now passes the CLI through, so i'm no longer getting the main office number.

seems to work fine with twinned or forwarded calls but any call coming directly from the office keeps sending the main #.

then remove the Snumber from the ARS table shortcode.

Any extns that have 1 ddi attached to them will send that ddi. any that dont have ddi's or have more than one ddi will send the bearer number. you can override this by setting user shortcodes to send the correct number.
