I have a CS1000M SG/CP PBX. We are release 5.5. Our MOH has stopped working. I can dial the access code for the music route and it plays fine, but when a call is placed on hold nothing but "dead" air. Does anyone know where I need to check?
 
you need a mus trunk per group..you need mus enabled on each route.. and you need mus turned on in the cdb. check those three and get back to us

I'm not sure what you mean by a mus trunk per group. I do have mus enabled on each route and mus turned on in cdb.
