I have a phone who's not receiving voice message notifications on their phone. The 'Message For You' is not showing up. I have checked all of the settings using Nortel's management software. The settings are the same as a phone that is receiving voice messages. I made sure in the Voicemail manager that Msg Indication is checked. I have switched the phone, and the phone line. Deleted and recreated the mailbox, and even changed the extension. Could there be some possibility that is the actual wire itself? For some reason even though the mailbox is set up and initalized it is still getting sent to the general delivery mailbox. I know this is a lot of information in one question, but any help anyone can give me would be of great assitance.
