No longer Relaying to Voicemail 1

We have a 61C at a remote location that has been working fine relaying from an extension that about 10 people have on their phones to answer and if no one answers, their extension goes through this extension to voicemail (x1997) (CallPilot) but about two weeks ago, with no changes on any box, the usual relay stopped working - now just rings indefinitely. Any extension that FDNs and HUNTs directly to the voicemail extension works fine but the relaying extension does not. We have gone through all of the settings and its FDN and HUNT are set to the voicemail extension. Also, we've looked at the classes of service and see nothing amiss.

I am not sure what you mean by relaying extension, but if you are trying to forward to another extension after hitting the one you posted you might want to try adding SFA to the CLS.

and is the dn marped on that set and is marp turned on? either can stop a fna.. relay is not a nortel term, forward no answer or hunt (busy treatment)

Posting the entire TNB helps in a case like this, you can always xxx the actual extensions but it helps seeing marps and keys.

I added the SFA to the CLS after reading Johnthephoneguy's post. I've e-mailed one of the users to try it. Sorry for the confusion with the word relay, I'm fairly new to Nortel. 1555 is the line that several people have on their phones. My number is 8949. THANK YOU for the help!

Is the mail at the same location as the switch? If not, try XHA in the cls.

that's a little better. 1555 will not forward because it is not key 0 on any station.. either change that or add an analog copy of that dn.. and now someone has called 4940 from the forum... didn't ask him how he got the other 6 numbers
