No Incoming SIP

Should i be able to see my phone number in monitor if the IPO is rejecting the incoming call to SIP trunk 17. i have followed Avaya application notes and cannot receive inbound.
 
how is your user sip tab configured, also how many digits are they sending us as this needs to be populated on the user/sip tab
 
You'll need to make a monitor trace with default settings.

I'm guessing the problem is that one of your URIs has incoming group 17 and the other has 18.
You'll need ICR for both id 17 & 18 since you don't know which one the system will pick.
