Something so simple has got me racking my brain to figure this out. I just relocated a IP500 from a T-1 to a ATM-4. If your wondering why such a change they made a major downsize. I am only using 2 analog ports the other two (3,4) are set to "out of service"

There is no incoming caller ID. I have not physically checked at the demarc since I wanted to do all checks remote before rolling a truck but they had Bell out there and confirmed there was caller id at the demarc so I will accept that for now.

I have tried "loop start ICLID" and "loop start" with "long CLI" checked and un checked. I am still not getting any caller id.

If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

thank you

I think the only way to truly resolve this is to go to site with a CLI capable handset and see it for yourself.

Yep, I thought the same thing but was trying everything to save rolling a truck.

did the person who ordered the new line request this feature when ordering?

Yes they did and they even had bell go out there. Bell says there is CLID at the demarc
