No HOML or Key 0 in ACD queue

I must be tired. I am trying to program about 40 ACD queues. Each one should have HOML yes and the name of the key needs to display on Key 0. These 40 queues are working in their existing 81C that we're replacing with a 1000E 5.5 I can't figure out why I can't get the prompts "HOML" or "label key 0" to come up. (I'd normally type yes...then LABEL pops up and I can put in the label I want to see on the in-cals key.

HOML is prompted if an Auxiliary Data System (ADS)
or Schedule Block (SCB) exists.

i dont know for sure if LABEL is prompted then,

you may have to out the stations then add those on your rls.. when you answer HOML yes, what err do you get?
