Hey all,
In Access '97, I've created a form with a sub form contained within, and they have a one to many relationship.
The subform records staff names, the main form records observations.
How can I limit the subform to contain no duplicate staff names for the linked record in the main form?
In other words, the same staff member cannot appear more than once in the subform for a given record on the main form, but can appear in the subform for multiple records in the main form?
Does that make sense?
Thanks for any advice/help offered. I have searched the FAQ but had no luck.
Kev.
