Here is the scenario;

I have a CS1000M system with a Callpilot release 05.00.41.97. I have 3 BCM400's at remote locations that are using SIP dialing to reach my auto attendant. When they reach the auto attendant they are not appearing to send DTMF. However, they can call another one of my sites that has another CS1000M tied to a Callpilot same release on all systems and DTMF works. Other sites BCM400's can also call into my Callpilot via SIP and DTMF works. Just as an FYI I have checked all configurations on the BCM400's that work versus the ones that do not. The BCM's are all on the same software releases and patch updates. I am at a loss on what resources are being used differently at my site CS1000M that is not allowing DTMF tones to be received. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Have them try FEATURE 808 when they get the AA, it sends long tones

I tried what you've suggested PERRYPJ. I was able to do the feature 808 however when it attempts to send long tones the system doesn't recognize anything as if it isn't receiving anything.

Any ideas? Thank you.
