No display of caller id

Hope someone can assist on this - its driving me nuts!!

When the DN16 is called directly, the number of the caller is shown but when the call arrives from the reception (there is an automatic re-routing to the DN16 from reception [DN11], the caller's number is not shown.

Any ideas as to where I should check.
Have compared DN 16 with another DN and can't see anything obvious.

Any assistance is appreciated

Redirection data seems to just cover call forwarding, this seems to relate to Transfer.

Did you get a solution to this?? I seem to have a similar problem.

if this is comming from the attendant, look at opt in load 15. siaa or siad may be the road block

FYI - This problem was 'fixed' by using the feature 'CNIA'
Call Number Information Allowed.
