No dial tone on analog or ip sets

system 3300icp MXeIII
software MCD 4.2

Problem: I programmed some analog extensions and I am not getting dial tone.

I also tried an ip set but there is no dial tone.

Dial tone on IP sets and dial tone on ONS sets are completely different things from a system perspective, so it must be either something core like licensing/provisioning, or two separate problems.

All the sets this way or just the new ones?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

No dial tone on analog sets.

Analog set are on a sx200bay

In maintenance state command shows as unassigned.

Got analog set going. Had a faulty ons card.
