no Dial Tone on Analog Cards 1

All,

Have an issue with no Dial Tone on eight Analog cards on a shelf - the cards are sitting in slots 0 - 7 on a Dual Core Option 81. The ports ring when called but they keep ringing when you go off-hook (in other words you can't answer or make calls). There is another Analog card in the same shelf on slot 8 that is working fine.

Can someone please provide intput?

Did these work before? What do you see when you TRAC in LD 80?
If they did not work before then I would guess that the amphenol connectors could be mixed up or disconnected at the back of the shelf. Can you IDU the cards in LD 32?
If they were working and suddenly stopped then maybe the controller card has failed.
Try a LOOP test on that loop in LD 30 for a clue.

Yes, they worked fine.

As a reference, how do you perform the LOOP test in LD 30?

And thank you for your input! A power cycle of the IPE shelf cleared the issue.

Thank you for the feedback! It was the Controller Card and a power cycle of the shelf corrected the problem.
