Is there a way to retrieve no dial logs or alarms from the pbx? Meaning a situation in which a resident is requesting immediate assistance and an employee failed to address this situation. This is an assisted living facility and they claimed their previous vendor was able to retrieve this from ASA. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Anything that helps, but preferably something that logs the call and if there were any follow-up by the employees. And also by date if possible. Thanks

You would need some sort of CDR software. If you don't have any there isn't any logging that the PBX keeps for CDR purposes.

They have eCAS, how do I access it from ASA or do I need to go to eCAS directly?

You need to go to eCAS directly. This will provide you an account of call length/direction etc
