Hi, everybody. I have a BCM400 with 8 GATM8 modules and 2 DSM+. The problem is that one T7316E doesn't receive the CLID of an incoming call. I bypassed the BCM and tested the analog line and Bell does send the CLID info. I checked the configuration on the BCM (Caller ID Set) and it is OK. The thing is that after a reset of the BCM, the problem disappears. I would appreciate any help.
