no change ran conn licence counter

Hi!!!

Using a CS1000 e 7.50.
If I assign to a TN already configured some more RAN connection, after when I want to check how many licences left with the command slt in ld 22 i have not increased
the used licences counter, the same if i decrease the RAN conn .

If i do a sysload then i have the updated situation.

Sounds like another 7.5 glitch, there are plenty of them.

Are you using RAN or IPRAN? Are you also using regular ran or broadcast, can you copy your printout.

That's the way Broadcast Music Conn works. The license count will reflect the most connections used at the same time. It will only update when that count gets exceeded or a sysload is performed.

Maybe now Broadcast RAN is acting the same way.

We have just done an update on our cs 1000 rel 7 and now using the MAS, so now we have IPRAN, but unfortunately the problems is still there
about counting the ip ran connection.

I'm using 48 ip ran connections but as you can see only shows 4 which are the first one i've applied for testing.

Hi

After so long time we've got a solution from AVAYA-NORTEL. You have to apply a patch
The patch is: p31070_1.cpm

Before to apply the patch the counter has to be syncronized, and to do so you need a sysload.
