No CDR record generated if Authorization Code Used

Hello,

CDR is working fine, except if I place calls using an Authorization Code, no CDR records are generated. I am placing calls between PBXs, routed via ARS. If I place the calls without an Auth Code, I get CDR records. If I place calls with an Auth Code, the calls go through fine, but I get nothing for CDR. What am I missing?

Any help would be appreciated... thank you!

Make sure the trunk-group used when using auth codes has CDR Reports: y

thanks for the reply... but that field is set to "y" already for all of my trunks.
 
what cm software version? could be a patchable bug.
