The issue with "H" is defined below

To List/Enable/Disable these PLUGINs use the following commands

First login to pdt. NB All commands are in lowercase

1. To list status of all PLUGINs plp (PLP)
2. To list status of individual PLUGINs plp # (PLP #) where # is the PLUGIN number 0 - 14
3. To enable PLUGIN ple # (PLE #) where # is the PLUGIN number 0 - 14
4. To disable PLUGIN pld # (PLD #) where # is the PLUGIN number 0 - 14

I think you might need to change your RCAP settings. I found this below. Not sure if it will help?.

CS1000E rls 4.5 with a QSIG link from the MG1000T to a third-party switch
Users on the third-party switch dialling a set on the CS1000E did not see the Called Party name displayed on ringing, only after call answer.

Changed RCAP on the VDCH to ND3 on both the CS1000E and the MG1000T to resolve.

ND3 ensures the same level of service between the MCDN Name Display and QSIG Name Display supplementary services.

There are no Plugins available so I will have to work with Avaya on getting them

I did change to ND3 - still did the same thing... so I changed it back to ND2

Just a thought... try setting the RDB - SIGO to STD instead of ESN5.

That's odd that you don't have any plugins on the system. Were you able to get into "pdt"?.

CPND block was missing - of all the things I did check - that was not one of them. (sigh) Once I programmed that inbound names were working fine. Just working with AVAYA to get the PLUGIN done...

Also you want to watch for this - when you use TDD you MUST use DNDD ... when you use DNDA it will look like your calls are rolling from yourself. DNDD makes sure it will actually display the caller and not the internal extension. I noticed you have TDD and DNDA set on your phone build and setting DNDD will save you some headache/complaints.
