I have an avaya G3 V6 with guestworks. I had a TN2464 ds1 board in the pbx and has been there for probably 5 or 6 years to the best of my knowledge. Recently the t-1 kept going down and I noticed when I tested the board or did a list config all it would show no board. I have found the the tn2464 is supposed to be backwards compatible but avayas hardware guide stated it is best if used after release 9. I then installed a tn464f which is supposed to be sufficient with a G3V6. It sees the card and works, a few hours later again -the t-1 went down. I went to busy and release the t-1 but again it states no board. Is there something Im missing, can there be another issue? Please help.

I removed all programming of the trunk group, also removed ds1 and sync source. I also then readded sync source and ds1. What I have found is if sync source is enabled then this will go down in a matter of 3 or 4 hours. If I disable sync so it always times of 01a16 then it stayed up for about three days. This is a G3V6
