Hi everybody

I am new in the avaya world. Now i have an Avaya ip500 V2, but when i dial some wrong number or extension or when i finish the call i get 60 seconds of tones, the question is, how can i reduce this time?.

Regards

what release/version of IPO are you running?
what type of phones are you using?

thanks intrigant i know that, but i would like to know how to set up in the IP Office Manager in order to do automatically.

It is a build in fixed time whach cannot be changed.
And I meant : why would you like to change that if you can just disconnect the call or hang up the phone?

For me it would make more sense to go on hook automatically if IPO recognizes the call disconnect state. Every cheap cell phone does the same. It must be possible - if Avaya wants it - because the phone shows disconnect in it's display when the opposite party ends the call.
