Hello,

We have a Nostar Modular ICS (aka MICS) system and I'm new to this phone system.

My problem is, I'd like for calls that are not answered during normal business hours to hear the auto attendant greeting #1 from table #1. What's happening now is the no answer calls get the general delivery mailbox greeting and is directed there.

Our Table #1 parameters follows:
AA menu prompt:N
Morning:1
Afternoon:1
Evening:2
Non business:4
Atdt:200
CCR tree:disable

Monday - Friday

Morn:8:00am
Aftn:12:00pm
Eve:5:00pm
Nobus:5:01pm

I appreciate any assistance you can give.

Best regards

you need to make sure your AA is set to answer per line. Also make sure your lines are set to answer before what ever your general dilivery mailbox is set to forward to voicemail.

Hope that helps.

So your saying that it's not playing GRTG 1 at all? When you log into the vmail to play the greeting is it there? Also as stated before, make sure that ext. 200 isn't forwarding to the vmail dn on a lesser ring then your lines/AA.

Thanks Guys for pointing me in the right direction, I was finally able to resolve the issue. My AA rings for that particular line were greater that my CFNA rings. I made the AA rings less than the CFNA rings and now it's working like a charm.
