Hi All,

New IP500 R9
Customer wants calls in to go to AA with 5 groups.
Out of hours, all calls to go a mobile.

I can’t work out how to set ‘night service’ with a single button –
Setting each group in/out is rather long winded and I can't see how to set a sort of night service on the AA

They are adamant that they don’t want to use time profiles…

I have little doubt that someone here will have an elegant solution. Many thanks.

If someone is a member of all groups, just use Set Hunt Group Out Of Service with no telephone number/group number. If that is left blank it will set all hunt groups that phone is apart of.

It makes more sense to take the AA out of the equation completely at night, no point giving them irrelevant options when they're closed.

Send all calls to a group called ForwardAA or something, have VM Off, sequential ring type and a user in that is forwarded (tick forward group calls) to a shortcode for the AA. Point the ICR to that group and have the fallback destination as the mobile number (entered directly in). When in night service the call will go straight to the mobile

Obviously give someone a button to set that group to night service :)
