We have a Partner 18D Voice Messaging system, Release # ACS R3.0.3 CO1. We had a power outage but were lucky in that everything works fine except for this problem.
When our Night Service button is on and a call comes in, only Line 1 will pick up and play our recorded message. The other 2 lines just ring. Is there something that can be done to rectify this? I've read over the forums, but not knowing the technical lingo, it looks like there are several things that I could try. Thanks in advance!!
