Night Service Select Mode

Have an issue with a 2616:
The user was complaining about black squares on the display, eu unplugged phone and now when others call her they see "Night Service Select Mode". This phone is not a ACD phone only SCR keys

Then a caller tried later and they see "enter position"
Any Ideas? Thanks in Advance

The 2616 phone you unplugged is displaying the characters you mentioned? If so the people calling her have names for their dns that match what you are seeing I would think.

I had the onsite person change phones and cleared up the trouble. A little strange. Thanks
