Just heard on a radio...

Question: 'Doing THIS can cut your chances of getting sick by 25%. What is it?'

In 2 days this question was answered and the answer was 'Having a night out...'

Here I am trying to 'get it'...what is the 'night out?'
and what kind of night out can help us to be healthier...

Rambler,

It seems to me that you can mathmatically improve your health by 50% if you have yogurt on your night out, right?

You are really funny guys!
I was thinking actually if I could mis-hear it and if it WAS 'eating yogurt', it would be too funny but not impossible.
But NO, I did hear it twice and I listen to it every morning
and there was nothing ever that I couldn't get. Yes, there was something like 'it'll double your chances of what if your mom gave you birth before she was 25?'
Guess...living untill 100 y/old.

OK, it was beside the point. I just did not understand an answer and I asked if someone might know. There sometimes 'unknown' use for the term if you aren't native English speaker, so it is fine, thanks for the laughs.

It never occurred to me Santa, but we always get the best advice from you, don't we? I will remember it next time I go out with a vegetarian.

Santa, would it help to eat yogurt in the morning on the day you go out at night?

Stella, obviously great thinks mind alike! You are my kind of thinker. [2thumbsup]

Yogurt! The snack that eats you back! :)

Just my 2¢

Hi,
adding the effects of eating yogurt to the effect of
having a 'night out' would lead to 50% better health ,so if you did it 3 times a week, would you live 150% longer ( or maybe forever)

Like the person who bought several fuel saving devices that were so effective together that, after driving 10 miles, the gas tank overflowed [lol]

Eating lots of yogurt will lead you not to longer life but to the restroom for some time...so night out can be off.

3/4 cup of yogurt daily is not a lot, it's just 2 small 6oz containers.

A night out with your peers would be fun as well as relaxing. Knowing that you are with a group of people that are halfway interested in what you find interesting is more relaxing than trying to make conversation with someone who you have nothing in common with. "So, your husband works with mine. He hates his job? Oh, well, uh... I have to go check, the uh, the, the flux capacitor. Please let my hubby knows when he gets back to the table. (Where IS he, he's been gone a half hour....)"

That said.... when's the next mid-East Coast meet?

There was once talk of GeekFest 06 in the Raleigh area; let me know if you hear about it, Dollie!

Thanks!

Tim!
