i want to get rid of a attendant

the switch is in night mode the (night)light on the console is on how do i turn it off

trunks arent set to night mode
and the att is day-only mode

If your consoles are setup in a hunt group, this may be the hunt group night service button. If it is, just hit the button and that should make it go off.

when you hit the button
the light flashes 2 times and comers back on

Unfortunately Avaya has not in their many software upgrades and releases included a way to be able to status a hunt group. Something you may want to try is find what the hunt group number is. Create you a hunt night service button on your digital phone. Then hit the button. If the light goes out you should be good.
