Greeting,

I'm in the middle of turning up a small call center. We are using NFOCUS reporting software on a Windows box. The server installation vendor didn't provide any virus software. What flavor virus software can I use that won't screw up NFOCUS?
I would prefer to use SYMANTEC ENDPOINT.
Thanks!!

The vendor for NFOCUS might be the best place to get your answer. What kind of reporting does NFOCUS provide?

NFOCUS provides my agent info. Still waiting on my vendor to respond to my e-mail. Hopefully I'll get something installed before my box gets infected. Thanks!

N-Focus uses a Tomcat web server. The only issue I would be aware of with your anti virus software is it might come with a built in firewall. If it does then it could be blocking the web server port, which is 8080 as default.
Any anti virus software should be OK, just check to make sure its not blocking port 8080.

I use the Nfocus software and all worked fine, a clean installation with no problems, its more complicated the BCMRD and BCMSVu software

I installed Symantec End Point and all is well. Thanks for all of the responses.
