Hi,

Site A: 406v2 -3.2.53
Address: 10.10.X.1
Line 100: IP Line to 10.20.X.1

Site B: 406v2 -3.2.53
Address: 10.20.X.1
Line 100: IP Line to 10.10.X.1

I am new to SCN, and I have setup two sites. Site A has 6 POTS lines and 1 IP line to Site B. Site B has 0 POTS lines and 1 IP line to Site A.

I am able to ring extension and hunt groups (with shortcodes for hunt groups), on both sides. I can not though get Site B to use the available POTS lines on Side A.

I have voice networking checked on both lines, and H450 selected.

When someone in Site B tires to make a call, I see it pop up in the call status window of Site B, and then disconnect.

I have setup Shortcodes on Site B to tell it to use Line 100. But no joy on that.

What am I missing?

Make sure your remote site inserts a 9 before it tries to dial the number.

I believe that they are. Am I doing this correctly? Should Site B only have the IP line?

In the dial shortcodes for Site B should it say Line ID 0 or the IP Line id of 100?

Line 100 in the remote.
the code for example

short code [9]1N;
TN 91N
Feature dial
line group 100
