New to Partner

I am trying to setup a Partner Messaging VS

Unit got toasted, it was a 2 port and is now a 4 port.

Here are my cards :

1.) 308ec
2.) 206
3.) ACS Proc R3.0
4.) 206E
5.) MAH R5 ( Not sure about that i scribbled ) It is VMS

I have at least two problems:

1.) On Incoming Call, Phone ring once then says "Transferring to receptionist"

2.) When I Dial Intercom-777 it rings and then says "Transferring to receptionist"

Would really love your help.

ACS - Ext. 10/11/12/13/14/15/16/17
308 - Ext. 18/19/20/21/22/23/24/25
206 - Ext. 26/27/28/29/30/31
206 - Ext. 32/33/34/35/36/37
VMS - Ext. 38/39/40/41/42/43

VS Mail used the last ports on the card, you have a 4 port, so your VM Ports are Ext. 40, 41, 42, and 43.

Program #505-7-(40/41/42/43)-1 and you should be good.

OK I programmed the #505-7 to extensions 40,41,42 and 43

Intercom 777 still rings to reception and incoming calls still dont go to Aa

Do you do love support over phone. I am under the under the gun to have this working today.

Make sure no other extensions are programmed to #505 except the 40-43.
