I am using Avaya IPO 406 with VMPRO. I'am planning to add new number. The number i'am using now will remain. Now when you call me after IVR he can speak with the agent. Now what i would like to ask is what i have to do that the Agent will know befor answering from which number current or the new one call came.
Once again i want that my agent knows from which number the call came. The IVR for the old and the new number will not be the same.
