We currently have a old Definity G3R3 phone system and just ordered a IP Office system as a replacement. I have ALOT of 800#s and our carrier sends a DNIS with each when the calls come in. For the new system in the Incoming Call Routes do I specify the incoming DNIS or can I specify the incoming 800#? We are using 3 digit DNIS (leading # is "0").

you will need the DNIS to be built on the IPO not the 8xx number.
