Sorry guys, I have searched the forum and this gets very confusing CNDA/DNDA, CNDA/DNDD, etc.

I have the wireless phones that emulate the Model 2616 phones.
They all have CNDA, DNDD and TDD.

They have Code C extension assigned to Key 6 as SCR XXXXX.

They can see who is calling the Code C XXXXX extension but they want to see "Code C XXXXX" on their display instead of the calling party.

I have tried flipping DNDA back and forth with no luck and apparently you can't disable CNDA while having DNDA.

I'm scratching my head on this one.

How can I have all of the nurses carrying these 2616 phones (essentially) have the Code C extension ringing and displaying on each phone the "called name/number" of Code C XXXXX ?

Thanks.

By the way, the Called name they want to display is the extension name for that extension "Code C".

I know it's backward theory but they want to see that a Code call is being placed (that someone is requesting a Code procedure) and where it is being placed from is not as important because it's being initiated by their own nurse staff carrying a portable phone.

Does this make sense?
They want to see the Dialed Name Display of that SCR that's ringing on their phone.

DNDA is used to display the name of the originally dialed DN on a redirected call.
So you can achieve what you want if you program the "Code C" name on the DN of a phantom 500 TN with DCFW to a new DN on key 6 of the 2616.
That way the call will always be redirected and, if the 2616 has CNDA and DNDA, they will see the name that was programmed on the phantom.

Ahh, thanks Stanley. I'll give that a shot in the morning. That makes sense. I should have thought of that! Good call, thanks again.
