Here is my situation. We have a Dell server in an enclosed cabinet. When we called for the dimensions they didn't include the keyboard, mouse, & monitor cables. We already had the cabinet & thought it would fit. If anybody knows who would have right angle connectors please help.
Thanks.

will have what you need. I would find your part, call your local Arrow rep, and most likely they can hook you up with some samples.

Thanks,
I went to arrow.com. I couldn't find any right angle connectors on their site. I called them up but the girl that answered said she could only look up part numbers. Thanks anyway I have yet to find a helpful company.

I don't think you'll find any commercially produced products to help you. cut the hoods off the connectors and gain enough space to turn the cables in the space you have.
You might also be able to pull the front bezel and gain some room.
And then there is the case option. Pull the guts and put them in a case that will fit. Shouldn't take more than $50.00 for a case and an hour or so to switch stuff around. Of course Dell won't honor the warranty unless the case is re-stuffed and they might not like people mucking with their hardware but you have a cabinet problem so they have to live with it. Ed Fair

Any advice I give is my best judgement based on my interpretation of the facts you supply. Help increase my knowledge by providing some feedback, good or bad, on any advice I have given.

Thank you everybody,
We talked it over and I think we're going to modify the cabinet to make room for the cables. We don't want to modify the server, Dell doesn't really approve. Then there is the whole warranty issue.

Appreciate all the help.
