Where can I download map files for backing up different version mics?

You need to have the NRU software to backup the Norstar systems.

I needed to use 9.1 nru. The version I was using was not compatable. Thanks

I'm getting the same problem, I need to get some map file for MCIS Ver5. Someone knows where we can get them?

9.1 is the latest, explain your problem (in detail) then perhaps we can assist you better.
