Need help with integrated management/software update manager

I'm trying to get software update manager to upgrade all of our media gateways. I have a G350 in a lab that I'm trying to get to update (so restarting etc isn't a problem) and I haven't been successful. It keeps giving me an error saying internal SP error and I have no idea what that means. I'm thinking there is some snmp setting on the gateway that I'm missing. Anyone else been through this?

If you haven't done so already, you need to issue the command 'ip snmp' on the gateway. After that, you can setup the snmp access by issuing the command 'snmp- server ?' and find out what needs to be entered.

Yes I have done that and set up everything that appears to be needed for snmp v1.

Will V1 work or does it have to be v3?

You can use v1 with the 'snmp-server community' command.
