Need Help with Extension Transfer in Partner Mail VS r5

We had some bad weather in Dallas and changed our AA last night to let people know to send emails.

The AA changed, but none of the 2* extensions will transfer anymore. The person that made the changes last night apparently made a mistake navigating through the menu options and changed a setting(s)for AA2, selector code 2. It just said invalid entry or something similar.

I came in today and made a change to selector code 2 in AA2 with direct extension transfer and now all of the 2*'s extensions all transferring to ext. 24. Now the transfers go through, but all to ext. 24.

I'm now stuck and need to know how to change things back.

As you can tell, I'm a general IT support person charged with managing the phones. I've had no problems in the past, but am stumped with this one. Everything I've had to do so far has been simple.

I need to be able for a caller to select an extension and transfer to that ext. All 1* extensions still work.

You have set selector code 2 to transfer to ext. 24. You need to change it to Direct Extension Transfer.

It depends on which voicemail you are using.

If you have Partner Messaging, log into the System Administrator's mailbox, 9 for programming, 3 for auto attendants, the appropiate AA number, and 1 for Day or 2 for Night.

6 to Modify, 2 for Selector Code 2, 5 for Direct Extension Transfer. *# to approve selector code changes, and # to continue to use the current greeting.

Be sure to do both Day and Night menus.
