NEED HELP to LINK AVAYA IPO with NEC Topaz

Hey Guys,

I tried to link IP Office with NEC, All the systems (Ip Office And NEC Topaz) are in same network (Connected by MPLS)
I did the configuration in AVAYA IPO but always when i am pressing extn number then "Number Busy" is appearing on the phones Disply.
NEC Topaz Extn Seriese starts with 3,
created One H323 line and given NEC Topaz IP as Gateway IP Adress
Configured Incoming and Outgoing Group ID as 4, also configured short code as 3N Dial N 4
and configured Incoming call route.

I think you will have better luck with a SIP trunk to trunk rather than H323.

I can only assume you have voice networking licences on the IPO?

how to configure sip trunk to link NEC

even i tried H323 with Qsig
 
What are the numbers on the NEC?

So are you trying to dial 3004?

You are dialing just 3 and it then sends N so nothing to the NEC
Then again you send 0 and it then sends N nothing to the NEC
Then again you send 0 and it then sends N nothing to the NEC
Then again you send 4 and it then sends N nothing to the NEC

Change the the code 3N into code 3004 if that works, then change 3004 into 3XXX
Also check you Dial delay and dialed digits.

You have a wrong shortcode, you only send a single digit (4) to the other end.

The suggestion of chrisag was correct but you must set the outgoing lineID of the trunk to the other end.

I think the Line ID = 5 so the shortcode must be:
SC = 3XX
TN = .
LineID = 5
Action = Dial
 
There are H323 2 lines, 1 is line No. 17 on which Extn seriese start with 300, line group ID is 4. And another H323 line number is 18 on which extn seriese starts with 400, Line group ID is 5.
I am trying to dial 300 and 400
 
When I am pressing the Extn No. 300 or 400, its showing "number Busy", found Cause 17 In System status Trace, i checked in telephony tab, Offhook station is unchecked
 
Cause=17 means busy.
What do you see on the other system?

ipoman1234, you already have the answer, correct your shortcodes they are wrong, you literally are only sending the single digit "4" in that trace not the full extn number :)

I tried with SIP Line and some time I am able to dial the extn no. and ringing on NEC but no voice while receiving
Some times NEC System is able to dial to IPO extn no. but without voice.
