I have an IPO 403 in California and one Georgia. Our data network is now an MPLS frame relay with AT&T(fully meshed network/any-to-any).

What all do I need in order to be able to network them together? VCM module, etc?

What are the basic steps to programming this?

My local lan equipment is cisco. I can enable QoS on my LAN equipment and on my router and have AT&T enable it for my MPLS network, so that I maintain voice QoS from end to end.

This is actually more of a test than a long term solution. I am in the process of upgrading our corporate HQ to an S8500 that I plan on networking these IPO's and other back into via IP trunking at a later date.

It's pretty clearly laid out in the docs. You'll need a VCM in each unit. You then add a new trunk at each end, giving the IP address of the far end. Make sure you set the codecs and options the same at both ends, and also make sure you use the same codec as any IP hardphones you may have.

I'm assuming of course that you're going to be using the LAN ports on each unit and let the cisco gear handle the FRAD duties. You may have to disable h323 fixup and possibly tweak the QoS settings also.
