What is the button that you put on a 3903 phone for it to disconnect you from a conf call? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

maybe i need to word it different. I don't think CSD is what I'm looking for.

Does anyone know what the key name is for feature that allows you to drop conference calls? Also has anyone programmed a key on a 3904 which allows the user to press a key that sends the call to V/M if they don't want to answer it. For example if they are having a meeting in their office and the phone rings they would like to press a key and send it to V/M.

not after it rings, before it ring a forward key works. to disconnect a conf call the "goodbye" (rls) key comes to mind. the csd key disconnects parties one at a time.. to drop one person from a call.. if your setting up a conf and 1 station goes to mail, press the cfd, keep the conf drop that one user..

i use bfs keys for pa's.. they press it once and forward the boss's set to them... so take my calls stops ring in the big office

thx guys for the help! adding csd to key 2 did it.

CSD is the key for disconnecting conferenced caller. Works like a charm!

Best practice have the user utilize the forward button
